Parts of Nebraska have (maybe) come to a standstill as some Dunkin' locations in the state are unable to "run" thanks to donut shortage.

While America runs on Dunkin', it seems that it might be running out - of its lineup of donuts, that is. Find out the potential cause and if it's fixed.

Dunkin’ dropped the “Donuts” from its brand name years ago. Now — at least in Nebraska, New Mexico and a few other states — it doesn’t have doughnuts on the shelves either.

A handful of stores across the county had no doughnuts “due to a manufacturing error,” The Associated Press reported. Some did have the company’s doughnut holes or Munchkins available. Tyler Raikar worked overnight and stopped by an Omaha, Nebraska, location that was doughnut-less.
