Less than 10 months after Michigan football won a national championship, the program has fallen rapidly under new head coach Sherrone Moore's command.

But at a minimum, it had a prime opportunity to pin the Illini deep punting from the Michigan 44-yard line. That didn’t happen. Tommy Doman mustered just 27 yards on the punt, hitting it off the side of his foot and shanking it right.

Michigan has started three quarterbacks this season, but Sherrone Moore is not saying who will lead the offense on Saturday against Michigan State.
