The Quinn Ewers era at Texas is most certainly over. Before the Cotton Bowl, Ewers told ESPN that he was going to enter the draft. There have also been rumors of a hefty NIL deal waiting for the Southlake Carroll product if he transfers.

Before Friday’s Cotton Bowl Classic kicked off, ESPN aired an interview between reporter Pete Thamel and Ewers. When asked if he planned to play college football next season, the Southlake Carroll product provided a simple response. “No. I don’t,” Ewers said.
