A bitter combination of very cold temperatures and blustery conditions are settling into the area, with Wednesday being the second day in which western Pennsylvania will see single-digit and below-freezing temperatures. Multiple school districts throughout the region are calling delays and closures ahead of the arctic blast temperatures.
