Arlington police are investigating a Monday evening shooting that left one person dead at an apartment complex.

A 19-year-old survivor of the Timberview High School shooting in 2021 was shot and killed Monday in his Arlington apartment parking lot, according to police.

A man was shot and killed in an Arlington apartment complex on Monday, Jan. 13. Arlington police responded to a reported shooting at 5:50 p.m. in the 2400 block of Laurelwood Drive, west of Texas 360.. When officers arrived on scene, they located a man with an apparent gunshot wound lying in the parking lot, police said.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Zacchaeus Selby-Mukum, 19, as the man who died in the shooting on Monday evening.
