The Bengal Warriorz and the Haryana Steelers won their first matches of the Pro Kabaddi League season on Thursday at the GMCB Indoor Stadium in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The Bengal Warriorz, riding on the performances of Maninder Singh, Sushil Kambrekar and Nitin Dhankhar, beat the UP Yoddhas 32-29. Bharat scored 13 points for the Yoddhas.

The Bengal Warriorz produced a fantastic all-round team performance as they defeated the UP Yoddhas on Thursday at the GMCB Indoor Stadium, in Gachibowli at Hyderabad.

Haryana Steelers claimed a 37-25 victory on the night with Vinay, Naveen and Shivam Patare starring for the Haryana Steelers.

The Bengal Warriorz would want to secure a win after their narrow defeat against Jaipur last time around. UP Yoddhas, on the other hand, will look to achieve back-to-back wins in the league.
