The Las Vegas Raiders adding head coach Pete Carroll to an AFC West that already includes Andy Reid with the Kansas City Chiefs and Sean Payton with the Denver Broncos is a dominant conversation right now. But Jim Harbaugh and the Los Angeles Chargers don’t need to worry about Carroll and the Raiders nearly as much as the hype makes it seem.

The Chargers Head Coach was on The Dan Patrick Show on Wednesday and was asked about Pete Carroll being hired by the Raiders. Harbaugh and Carroll, of course, duked it in some high-profile games in college and the NFL in the past.

The Raiders are hiring a wide receivers coach and running backs coach who have spent time in the NFL and college football during their careers.
