As the Raiders look for their next head coach, two candidates who have gained Tom Brady's respect have risen to the top.

Glenn was an assistant coach in Seattle from 2012 to 2023, serving in several roles, including coaching linebackers. He was an assistant special teams coach for the Washington Commanders this past season.
Hurts largely succeeded against the blitz on the NFC side of the playoff bracket. So far, besides the Patriots and Vrabel, Lions coordinators Ben Johnson (Bears) and Aaron Glenn (Jets) have been scooped up, while Bucs OC Liam Coen is heading to Jacksonville, Pete Carroll is reportedly returning to the sidelines with the Raiders and Brian Schottenheimer has been hired by the Cowboys.
