In a Zoom meeting that lasted approximately 40 minutes, Penske Entertainment CEO Mark Miles and new IndyCar president Doug Boles met with select members of the media on Tuesday to field questions

In a massive leadership shakeup just weeks until the start of the 2025 season, Doug Boles has been named the president of IndyCar while also maintaining his IMS president role.

Doug Boles will serve as President of both INDYCAR and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, succeeding Jay Frye. Mark Sibla will be promoted to Senior Vice President, INDYCAR Competition & Operations. Kyle Novak will become INDYCAR’s Vice President of Officiating and Race Control.

Penske Entertainment has replaced IndyCar President Jay Frye with Indianapolis Motor Speedway president Doug Boles. The change comes just over three weeks before the start of the new IndyCar

Indianapolis Motor Speedway president Doug Boles has been named the new president of the NTT IndyCar Series. Boles will also remain president of IMS.

In a leadership shift, Doug Boles has been named president of IndyCar in addition to his role as Motor Speedway president.
