Doug Boles will serve as President of both INDYCAR and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, succeeding Jay Frye. Mark Sibla will be promoted to Senior Vice President, INDYCAR Competition & Operations. Kyle Novak will become INDYCAR’s Vice President of Officiating and Race Control.
