Incidentally, after Bala separated from his ex-wife Amrutha Suresh, he was seen in the company of a medical doctor till recently.

Malayalam actor Bala aka Balakumar was arrested by Kadavanthra police in Kochi on Monday morning after his ex-wife, Amrutha Suresh filed a complaint against the actor.

Malayalam and Tamil actor Bala who was out on bail in connection with a case booked under the Juvenile Justice Act, left everyone surprised as he arrived at the Kaloor Pavakulam Temple in Kerala with his fiancée on October 23.

Actor Bala, known for Malayalam and Tamil films, tied the knot with his relative, Kokila, on Wednesday (October 23) at around 8.30 am. The wedding took place at the Kaloor Pavakulam temple in Kerala's Ernakulam.

Bala also said that “this alliance was Kokila’s wish since childhood.” He also said that both of them “are very happy and at peace with the decision.”
