Nearly two decades after being hired on John Harbaugh’s first Ravens staff, Chuck Pagano is coming out of retirement to rejoin.

The Ravens defense improved down the stretch last season, but the secondary left a lot to be desired. Looking to make improvements on defense, Baltimore is hiring a familiar face in defensive guru Chuck Pagano to the role of senior secondary coach.

After four years out of the game and offers to join other staffs, Pagano is back as the Ravens' senior secondary coach. On Wednesday, he joined "The Pat McAfee Show," where he has been a contributor during his time away from coaching, to explain why he made the decision to return.
