The Marvel Rivals devs explained their plans for future hero roles after first launching with more Duelists than Vanguards and Strategists.

The next Marvel Rivals update is the mid-season update for season one, which introduces Human Torch and The Thing as playable characters. The update will also provide balance tweaks, new maps, and additional content, though full details have yet to be confirmed.

As NetEase Games cracks down on cheating in Marvel Rivals, one player has been issue a ban that will last 100 years.

NetEase Games will release a new playable hero every six weeks in Marvel Rivals. Also, a new season will be split into two parts every three months, with a new hero being released every half of a season.

NetEase Games is telling Marvel Rivals players that a new hero will launch every month and a half as additional seasons roll out. The studio’s creative director, Guangyun Chen, clarified the team’s post-launch plans during an interview with Metro.
