The Grammy-winning singer is set to join Kamala Harris at a Friday rally in Houston, a source familiar with the planning confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter. The event, which has not yet been publicly announced, will also see Beyoncé joined by her mother, Tina Knowles, and country music’s Willie Nelson.

The pop star is from Houston and her appearance comes as the vice president has welcomed other musicians, like Bruce Springsteen and Eminem, to the campaign trail.

The Houston pop star is also expected to perform in her hometown as she supports Harris during the presidential election.
