Erik and Lyle Menendez have been serving life sentences without parole for the killings of their parents Jose and Kitty Menendez in 1989.

Erik and Lyle Menendez, two brothers convicted in the 1989 murders of their parents, will find out this week if they have a chance at life outside of prison.

With a potential resentencing coming this week, Rand says, “I think they’ve more than served their time. But I’ve been involved with this case a long time. Anything could happen.”
